Job Description:

1. Trading Execution & Accuracy

• Objective: Ensure accurate and timely execution of client trades.
  
• Key Activities:
  
• Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients within specified timelines.
  
• Monitor and verify trade confirmations to ensure accuracy.
  
• Maintain records of all transactions as per regulatory requirement
  

2. Client Interaction & Support

• Objective: Provide effective and responsive service to clients regarding their trading accounts.
  
• Key Activities:
  
• Respond to client queries related to trading, account status, and market information.
  
• Assist clients with the setup and management of their trading accounts.
  
• Educate clients on market conditions, trading platforms.
  

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Objective: Assist in gathering and analyzing market data to support trading decisions.
  
• Key Activities:
  
• Monitor stock market trends and news updates that impact trading.
  
• Provide preliminary analysis and reports to senior traders and clients.
  
• Track performance of specific stocks or sectors as directed.
  

4. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

• Objective: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
  
• Key Activities:
  
• Adhere to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines in all trading activities.
  
• Ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is up to date.
  
• Report any suspicious or unusual activities as per compliance guidelines.
  

5. Operational Efficiency

• Objective: Contribute to the smooth functioning of the trading desk and back-office operations.
  
• Key Activities:
  
• Assist in the reconciliation of trades and accounts.
  
• Manage daily operational tasks such as data entry, report generation, and record keeping.
  
• Support in resolving any discrepancies in account balances or trade executions.
  

6. Continuous Learning & Development

• Objective: Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to stock markets and trading operations.
  
• Key Activities:
  
• Attend training sessions and workshops related to stock markets and financial products.
  
• Stay updated with the latest tools and platforms used in stock trading.
  
• Seek feedback from seniors and implement suggestions for improvement.
