Qualified Chartered Accountant

Data Center or any other industry experience

Key responsibility:

• Preparation of periodic Capex budgets, Long Term budgets and rolling forecasts
• Monitor fixed assets including controls and accounting with applicable accounting GAAP (IndAS )
• Monitor Capex and Opex Budget, Working Capital and Cash flow.
• Regularly prepare/review/ validate financial statements, MIS, Budget and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial and statistical reports regarding accounting practices, procedures, controls and reconcile fixed assets ledgers and reporting from system.
• Manage the Accounts Payable function including reviewing invoices, obtaining approvals, tracking purchase orders and payment processing.
• Fixed Assets analysis, accounting, process, controls and eye for details.
