Epicor Implementation Consultant (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Implementation Consultant to join our expert team. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Epicor ERP to deliver high quality implementation services to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful deployment of Epicor solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed analysis of clients' business processes and system requirements.

- Design, configure, and implement Epicor ERP solutions tailored to client needs.

- Provide training and support to end-users, fostering adoption and proficiency with Epicor ERP.

- Develop and document functional and technical specifications for system customizations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epicor ERP implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other system modules and business processes.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epicor ERP features and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing Epicor ERP solutions.

- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.

- Proficiency in Epicor ERP modules and related technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Epicor ERP certification (preferred)
