ERPnext Developer/Lead - E2E Implementation (3-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Leading a Large team of ERPNext developers and accountable for end to end delivery of ERPNext development in the project.

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules and features according to business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with ERPNext.

- Design and implement ERPNext workflows, scripts, and automation to streamline business processes.

- Customize ERPNext reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Perform data migration, integration, and troubleshooting tasks within the ERPNext environment.

- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext releases, patches, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and security.

- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for ERPNext-related queries and issues.

- Document ERPNext configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERPNext functionality, usability, and scalability.

- Adhere to coding standards, version control practices, and project management methodologies in accordance with company policies.

- Code optimization for fast queries for mass volume.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customization, and implementation.

- Proficiency in Python programming language and Frappe framework.

- Strong understanding of ERPNext architecture, modules, and database schema.

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Familiarity with MariaDB & relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and ORM concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification in ERPNext development or related areas (preferred).
