About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving company objectives through effective marketing campaigns.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and Google Ads, while also contributing to a wide range of other marketing activities.
Objectives:
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering effective marketing programs that achieve company objectives.
- Assist in the execution of a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns and promotions primarily on LinkedIn and Google.
Support the development and execution of marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit.
Build skill sets and apply that knowledge in achieving marketing objectives for the company.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, participating in brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects.
- Campaign Planning & Implementation: Plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and sales targets.
- Market Research & Analysis: Help gather, analyze, and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and data.
- Lead Generation Activities: Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as media promotion, networking, email marketing, webinar promotions, etc.
- Public Relations: Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including press release distribution.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals using Zoho CRM platform.
- Market Trend Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e. , Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e. , Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends
