CTC 3 ~ 3.50 lacs

Working Days: 6 days (Alternate Saturdays off)

Job Description:

1. Source potential candidates from job portals, social media, and professional networks.

2. ⁠Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

3. ⁠Prepare and update compelling Job Descriptions (JDs) as per hiring needs.

4. ⁠Negotiate salary and other employment terms with shortlisted candidates.

5. ⁠Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.

6. ⁠Ensure smooth documentation and background verification processes.

7. ⁠Manage the entire onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.

8. ⁠Maintain an active database of candidates for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree , MBA, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the fintech or BFSI sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Only female candidates from Gurugram, Flexible with work timings
• Ready to work six days a week with alternate Saturdays off
