Order Management & Procurement

Role Description

You will be responsible to effectively manage all aspects of Local Customer order Management & Supplier Parts Procurement.

Your responsibilities

• Supplier order Management of parts procurement, schedules, Purchase orders processing and control of delivery from suppliers.
• Review and control of order required delivery Vs Actual Delivery Performance.
• Arrange and modify PO according Customer order plans and schedules, production capacity and delivery requirement.
• Distribute production plans and tasks to teams to ensure that plans and tasks are achieved in production unit and co-ordination with logistics.
• Reschedule and fine-tune Customer orders in accordance to order changes and urgent situations.
• Production management by providing information of problem solving due to customer order changes, materials status, capacity problems and so on.
• Continuously communicate with team leaders to check Customer orders and purchase orders on suppliers.
• Coordination with all CFT teams.
• Contribute to optimize Customer order Management and supplier procurement process and methods to improve efficiency.
• Inventory Control and analysis.
• Deliver trainings of Customer orders and purchase orders on suppliers.

Our requirements

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or mechatronics
• Minimum 2 to 3 yrs. of order management and supplier management.
• Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge.
• On Time delivery performance of suppliers.
