Job Overview:

Job Overview: As a Key Account Manager - Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for managing key corporate clients while also exploring and securing new business opportunities in the Bangalore region.

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of Ferns N Petals market presence

Job Details:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector, pitch FNPs products and services, and convert leads into valuable accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, upselling and cross-selling where relevant to maximize business opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business prospects and provide strategic insights to the management.
  • Proposal Development: Make compelling and customized proposals for clients, showcasing FNPs range of products and services that align with their business requirements.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and forecast sales figures to aid in effective decision-making and planning.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Address client inquiries promptly, resolve any issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
