HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Source, screen, and hire warehouse staff.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure documentation compliance.
• Attendance & Payroll Support:
• Maintain attendance records and ensure timely payroll inputs.
• Address employee queries related to attendance or salary.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
• Organize regular engagement activities to boost morale.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR policies.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and other documentation.
• Training & Development:
• Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills.
• Track training attendance and feedback for improvement.
• Performance Management:
• Support performance review processes and provide necessary data to management.
• Identify and address performance gaps through interventions.
