Job Description
- Respond to Inbound, outbound calls, internet queries and complaints to ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Organize and dispatch daily customer orders. Manage refunds and returned items.
- Receive, track, and report on the conversion of all inquiries received via email and phone into sales
- Work closely with the service partners teams to ensure that all online purchases are delivered.
- Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
- Deliver customer service activities to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Carry out duties to help support the vision, mission statement in line with the companys core values
- Team player
- Service oriented mindset
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment
- Preferably with customer service experience
- Able to work 5 day work week, 9 hour shift between 7am-9pm.
- Need to be able to work weekends and do shift work.
