Manager - Policy Gold Loan

Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for will be responsible to manage the operation's function of Gold Loan Business and oversee the activities across functions in both operations and regulatory compliances. - The position will be responsible for implementing the operational process in Gold Loan Product.

• Framing of policy and processes for Gold Loans .
• Ensuring that policy changes are done on time and necessary changes in core system
• Operational risk management for Gold loans
• Work proactively to reduce the Fraud
• Preparation of data related for management reporting
• Risk Dashboard preparation. Automation of Risk Dashboard
• Monthly (or other frequency) reporting of entire portfolio with different metrics to senior management
• Responsible to maintain highest level of credit & risk standards, compliance to laid down guidelines and quality norms.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 4+ yrs. experience in making Policy on Gold Loan Risk
