Role & responsibilities -

• Have clear understanding of FedBank Gold loan Programmes.

• Have clear understanding of documentation required in Gold loan.

• Understand process of Gold Loan disbursals.

• Ensure daily door to door & shop to shop marketing.

• Ensure that Gold Loan branch is popularized in catchment area of 5 square kilometers for enhancing walk-ins resulting in business.

• Maintain customer contact details for customer follow-up by branch team.

• Maintain & update MIS required by Branch team, Area Manager & Head Office on daily basis.
