MIS Affordability Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Associate Affordability to join our team. The role involves regular preparation and management of MIS reports, coordination with banks and the finance team and ensuring smooth execution of affordability-related processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of data management and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports related to affordability schemes.
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with the internal finance team to ensure accuracy in data sharing and reconciliations.
• Handle queries and resolve issues related to affordability schemes promptly.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all affordability-related reports and systems.
• Maintain a centralized database for affordability transactions, offers and updates.
• Ensure all affordability-related processes adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Generate and present customized reports as requested by management or stakeholders.
• Regularly update records to reflect changes in schemes or processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of transactions, communications and reports.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 6-8 years of experience in MIS reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) and reporting software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with financial processes, especially affordability schemes is a plus.
