Branch Business Head

Role title: Branch Business Head- MSE LAP Function: Sales

Band: B2A Grade: Manager Department: MSE LAP

Reports to: Area Business Head- MSE LAP Location: Chandrapur

Role purpose:

• Ensuring branch productivity, quality underwriting and credit benchmarks are met on a consistent basis
• Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Ensuring complete aspects of portfolio management in the branch reflected in the balance Score card are met as per expected standards
• Ensure quality underwriting of Branch proposals as per the company s underwriting policies
• Ensure proper implementation of company s credit and operations policies by Branch Operations
• Meeting hygiene expectations on quality of files and dockets submitted by Branch- OTCs and PDD performance
• Ensuring the development and management of an effective sales team in the Branch
• Ensuring team productivity, quality of sourcing and cross sell income benchmarks are met on a consistent basis Core competencies.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Exp: 4 - 7 Yrs
• Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience.
• Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
• Very good listening skills and verbal communication
• Understanding of Mortgage product(E2E)
• Understanding of credit risks & compliance
• Must have technical / professional qualifications: Graduate

• All Balanced Score Card parameters and Branch Disbursement budgets - numbers and values
• Team Productivity norms - number and value Milestones Origination quality norms on Loan Book and Direct reports.
