Oraganization is Good, It is expand its branches and full pace towards growth, Top Level Management all are superb Company designed good policys. Those all are very much cater to build a good portfolio.

Dislikes

There is a Monopoly and Egoistic behaviour in regional and Zonal Management level. They make it is like their proprietorship firm. Bottom and Branch management has very less contact with Top level management due to this they make their self rules and broke the company values and ethics.... Anything question or raise your voice thenyou will be a targeted person for wipe out from system. Escalate to Top Management there is no response, they listen only Regional and Zonal Management only, not check with branch and bottom level team....Read More
