Work Culture is Pathatic, There is no Job Safety, HR team was not at all respond for your concerns. They obey the higher management not bothered your concerns.... In a sigle word it is not a corporate company, It is a proprietary firm of Arrogant managers. They can't follow or Implement the company rules and policies they made theirown decisions and own rules and force the employes to follow. Based on their instructions we follow if any problems rise you are the only Responsible and became BAKARAAA..... If you oppose their decisions you will be the targeted one and they wipe out you in the system..... Oraganization is Good, It is expand its branches and full pace towards growth, Top Level Management all are superb Company designed good policys. Those all are very much cater to build a good portfolio.

There is a Monopoly and Egoistic behaviour in regional and Zonal Management level. They make it is like their proprietorship firm. Bottom and Branch management has very less contact with Top level management due to this they make their self rules and broke the company values and ethics.... Anything question or raise your voice thenyou will be a targeted person for wipe out from system. Escalate to Top Management there is no response, they listen only Regional and Zonal Management only, not check with branch and bottom level team....Read More
