Here Saturday and Sunday are holidays in the week. In which we are able to give time to ourselves and our family. That's what I like about this company.

Dislikes

The whole thing here is useless working culture. Those who are employees of 4-5 years old in company, only their job is safe here. Seniors employees are hired. But after 2 months he forcefully made us resign. (Hire & fire) Which is used to secure the jobs of employees who are 4-5 years old. There is no support from seniors here. HR Chanchal is not supportive, never listens. She also does as ZSM/RSM says. You will always feel like you have joined a corporate DSA. I will not advise any enemy to join here. Stay away from this company and join another bank or company. This is my advice for all of you. Thankyou 😊...Read More
