Good job and secure job. Branch manager Jitendra sir's behaviour is very good. We always get his support. We also get a lot of support from operations. Credit manager Rahul Panchal ji is also very good, he thinks a lot about the company.

The Team are not well trained in their new roles. Absence of clear goals and objectives and micromanagement and no development discussions in case. They throw you like a vegetable if you raise your voice… so I am not sure of what inclusivity they refer to.
