Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Responsible to source MSE LAP business from direct sourcing & connector channel
• Responsible for empanelling connectors and engaging with them regularly for business.
• Responsible for BTL activities to generate leads.
• Lead follow-up for conversion.
• Coordination with credit team/ customers to achieve business targets.
• Responsible for full-filling the MSE LAP files right from sourcing till disbursements and also PDD collection
• Responsible for delinquency management
• Process compliance
• Cross selling third party products

• Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
• Very good listening skills and verbal communication
• Understanding of Home Loan/ LAP products
• Good selling skills
