Job Title: UKG Pro Developer

Location: Remote

Timing: US EST Hours(6:30 PM IST onwards)

Interview: Virtual

Job Description:

• UKG Support Analyst/Developer- experience in UKG Pro, UKG Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advance Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analytics HR, Payroll, Workday, HCM, Retail Experience:
• Someone who has hands on experience with integration, developing, implementing
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience working on HR, Payroll and Workforce Management Applications preferably in a retail field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro
• Experience with UKG Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advance Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analytics
• Experience with developing integrations between UKG/Kronos and other major HCM applications like Workday/PeopleSoft
• Experience working independently and within a team setting with excellent communication skills to be able to work directly with end users and other IT teams.
