Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for hospitality roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments (front-of-house, back-of-house, management, etc.).
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality industry, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent for both entry-level and senior roles.
Job Descriptions Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings on multiple recruitment platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific websites.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, career fairs, and recruitment agencies, to attract top talent for the hospitality industry.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the hiring process aligns with the companys objectives and culture.
Interviewing Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. Ensure the hiring process is efficient, professional, and candidate-friendly.
Employer Branding: Promote Company as an employer of choice by showcasing our unique culture and opportunities through recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Onboarding Orientation: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and proper training on policies, procedures, and company culture.
Data Management Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities, trends, and challenges to management.
Compliance Regulatory Standards: Ensure that all hiring practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including non-discriminatory hiring practices and equal opportunity employment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the hospitality industry and make recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, including current industry trends and staffing challenges.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory standards in recruitment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Passion for working in the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional talent to support organizational growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
Experience in recruitment for diverse roles in the hospitality industry, including management positions.
Knowledge of recruitment marketing and social media recruitment strategies.
