Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategies to drive franchise growth and profitability
Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational and business management matters
Ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational procedures across all franchise locations
Conducting regular performance evaluations of franchise operations and implementing improvement plans
Negotiating franchise agreements, terms, and renewals
Collaborating with various departments to support franchisee needs, such as marketing, training, and supply chain
Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for franchisees and their staff
Managing franchise field support staff and fostering a collaborative team environment
Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the franchise division
Acting as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, addressing concerns and facilitating communication
