JD Derma Doctor
We are seeking a qualified MBBS professional to join our dynamic team as a Derma Doctor. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of medical expertise and a business-oriented mindset to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Tie-up: Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely supply of medical equipment, products, and dermatological essentials.
- Up-selling: Educate clients on advanced treatments and products, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction while driving additional revenue streams.
- Revenue Generation: Play an active role in achieving monthly revenue targets by recommending appropriate treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Train the Doctor Program: Mentor and train junior doctors and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in dermatology and customer service.
- Travelling: Travel once a month to operational and upcoming outlets to oversee processes, provide consultations, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Upcoming and Operational Outlets: Support the launch and operational excellence of new outlets, while maintaining high-quality standards at existing locations.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular consultations with clients to address their concerns, suggest suitable treatments, and build long-term relationships.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures across all outlets for smooth and consistent operations.
- Outlet Footfall: Devise strategies to increase footfall and optimize client engagement, contributing to overall business growth.
Qualification: MBBS (Dermatology specialization is an advantage).
