Gen AI Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop and implement Gen AI models and algorithms to develop

copilot solutions (leveraging unstructured and structured data) that identify

and translate data to feed RAG, AI inferencing engines, data lakes

Collaborate with other team members to integrate the AI solution

Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong proficiency in in LLMs and Generative AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI)

Prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques, Retrieval-Augmented

Generation (RAG) architectures

Vector database implementations (Postgres, OpenSearch, Pinecone, or

Weaviate), AI Agent development and orchestration

Enterprise API development and integration

Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models (e.g.,

GANs, VAEs, transformers).

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks

such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and

deep learning techniques.

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such

as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with Azure cloud platform, including Azure Data Factory, Azure

Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL database (Mongo DB)

Familiarity with cloud-native tools and technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

is a plus.
