AI Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop applications using Python, LangChain, Vectorstores, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Work on specific customer projects to produce deliverables involving development and maintenance of predictive or LLM models as per specific customer requirements.
• Close closely with team comprising of business analysts, frontend, mid-tier, and backend developers in developing end-user applications that utilize the developed models.
• Hands on development of advanced algorithms for the use in Generative based AI tools and predictive models.
• Conceptualize problems, apply appropriate theory, explore approaches, simulate, and implement them with minimal supervision.
• Provide thought leadership in the field of Data Science, AI, and ML to the leadership team in development and expansion of AI practice with well-researched ideas and approaches.
• Continuously update knowledge and progress in the field to keep PharmaForce practice ahead in the game, in terms of know-how and experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have hands on experience working with LangChain, Prompt Engineering and Python.
• Well versed with Vectorstores such as Pinecone, Chroma, etc., and IDE such as Google Colab, AWS SageMaker, etc.
• 6+ years experience leading a small team comprising of other AI/ML developers.
• Good knowledge in using NLP text mining
• Transformer models tooling to create customer help chatbot.
• Experience of working closely with stakeholders to identify, define, and develop data science opportunities to drive customer and commercial benefit.

• Self-driven, inquisitive, willing to research and find solutions without depending on others.

• Proficiency in using latest tools, libraries, and stay plugged into the forums and communities to align with developments in this space.
• Proficiency in using Jira software, MS-Office products, etc.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changing priorities and external constraints
• Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
