Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with

business goals.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Drive product positioning, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

2. Brand Building & Corporate Communication:

• Strengthen the companys brand presence and ensure consistent messaging.
• Develop engaging content, press releases, and media kits.
• Manage internal and external communications.

3. Product Promotion & Go-to-Market Initiatives:

• Lead the promotion of internal products and services.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for product launches.
• Create product-focused marketing materials, presentations, and demos.

Desired Profile:

• Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
• Experience: 7-14 years of marketing and communications experience.
• Skills & Competencies:

○ Proven experience in brand management, product marketing, and

communications.

○ Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
