📊 Reports To: Co-Founder | 💰 Salary: Up to ₹35 LPA

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Branding Head to elevate YES MADAM's brand identity from the Co-Founders' Office. This role is pivotal in crafting a powerful narrative, driving brand consistency, managing multiple teams, and aligning branding initiatives with business goals.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term brand roadmap to differentiate YES MADAM.

👥 Team Leadership:

Build and mentor the branding, PR, and content teams.

Lead the influencers team to create impactful collaborations.

Manage the designers team for visual identity creation.

Oversee the content team for cohesive messaging and content strategy.

Handle the shoot team to deliver high-quality visual assets.

🎨 Creative Direction: Oversee brand identity (logos, visuals, tone) and campaign development.

📜 Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy for consistent brand communication.

🤝 Collaboration: Partner with Co-Founders, product, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment.

📈 Digital Branding: Lead campaigns on social media, websites, and email platforms, using insights for optimization.

🔍 Market Research: Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

🌟 Partnerships: Build alliances with influencers, media outlets, and brand ambassadors.

📰 PR Management: Lead the PR team to maintain a positive brand image, handle media relations, and manage crises effectively.

🛠️ Qualifications:

5+ years in (ONLINE branding), 3+ years in leadership.

Expertise in brand strategy, team management, PR, and campaign execution.

Experience managing influencers, designers, content, and shoot teams is a must.

Proficiency in design (Adobe Suite) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
