Factory Medical Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Forecast and prepare R&M | CAPEX budget and ensure its optimal utilisation
• Monitor occupational health of the employees
• Lead Occupational Health Risk Assessment and Management (OHRA&M)
• Intervene and advice based on OHRA&M and OH monitoring
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care
• Identify and report occupational injuries and diseases
• Provide routine OPD and curative medical care
• Formulate and implement departmental procedures and systems
• Provide relevant training and create awareness of occupational health hazards

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with an MBBS degree and a postgraduate qualification in Industrial Hygiene, along with a minimum of three years of experience.
• Individuals who have cleared 10th and 12th in first attempt (50% and above)
