Factory Medical Officer ( AFIH Certified )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to employees at the factory, including first aid, emergency care, and general check-ups.
• Pre-employment & Annual medical checkups.
• Conduct occupational health surveys and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend measures for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective industrial hygiene programs.
• Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures related to workplace safety, health, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution with 2-5 years of experience in industrial medicine or similar field.
• AFIH certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of general OPD, emergency response protocols, OHC principles, occupational health practices.
