Role & responsibilities
1. To lead the factory team operationally & evaluate the work process efficiencies related with Inter unit co-ordinations, Productions, QC, Dispatch, Logistic, Storage, Safety, QMS etc
2. Managing Labour contractors , security contractors , Payroll Workmen & Other Manpower.
3. Coordinate ,Implement & Monitor Factory Capex plans (at Existing & New location also).
4. Sourcing & coordinating for Vendor development & Other agencies, Liaisoning with Govt. department etc.
5. Design, review & implement in consultation with management policies related with Manpower, factory Security staff, Workmen.
6. Any other works related with smooth functioning of the factory.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Previous experience at a Senior position in the Chemical Unit preferred .
2. Previous experience in an ISO certified unit will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent Written & verbal communication skills.
5. Fluent in MS Office - Excel, Word.
6. Team Leader, Commercial Acumen, Hard working, Analytical & Good grasping power.
