Job Title: Sr. Executive Treasury & Accounts

Job Overview

This role would include day to day banking operations and daily cash flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to Day banking operations
• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and reconciliation in SAP system
• Bank account operation and regular compliance to KYC documents
• Record treasury related entries( FD, Term Loan, Working Capital Loan, BG) in SAP
• Daily Cashflow management, investments (FD)
• Cross Border Payments and related documentation
• Preparation of cash flow statements and tracking of daily payments
• Calculation of FD and Loan Interest workings and reconciliation of interest and TDS receivable
• Managing daily fund transfers, request for DD issuance etc within bank accounts
• Processing Bank Guarantee (BG) from various banks.
• Provide strong banking and treasury support to the accounting team
• Online Banking platform updation and signatory access
• Preparation of various provision and expense schedule related to treasury expenses
• Coordinate with auditors for conducting effective and smooth audits

Skills & Attributes

Preparing documentation for submission to banks and other stakeholders

Communication- Verbal, written & presentation skills

Making MIS and reports for regulatory submissions and good knowledge of Microsoft excel, ppt etc.

Work along with cross-functional teams including Accounts, Legal, tax engineering team

Work Experience

Minimum 4 years of working experience

Working in a corporate treasury with banking experience will be preferred

Qualification

Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university
