What you'll do:

- Lead, hire, train and drive FabHotels' hotel and central operations teams

- Enhance brand building by optimising guest experience delivery through entire customer journey.

- Drive thought leadership around brand guidelines/ SOPs and quality control at hotel network

- Drive process excellence and optimisation by closely tracking & evaluating consistency in brand experience; convert all qualitative experience elements (inputs & output) to quantitative metrics that can be tracked diligently

- Work closely with brand franchisees to support, train & retain brand's hotel partners

- Drive compliance at franchised and self-operated hotels via a 100+ team of guest delight officers and area managers

- Lead central operations teams including inside sales and call center support.

- Identify & implement online product improvements for nudging consumer behaviour for optimizing no-shows/ last minute cancellations and eliminating any revenue leakages

- Identify & manage reliable partners for staff & supplies; own P&L for self- operated hotels and optimize operating expenses via processes and tech- enabled solutions

- Work closely with CEO, Co-founder and functional heads across hotel acquisitions, online & offline sales teams to drive superior loyalty & referral with guests.

What you'll need:

- Experience of 5+ years of overall work experience and a strong pedigree

- Passion for building respected consumer brands & diving into details

- Ability to collaborate across functions and chase team success

- Prior experience in managing large teams (50+), field operations, process optimization and/ or process consulting

- Self-starter attitude with an analytical orientation; empathy to consumer needs and preferences; hands-on approach; ability to balance short-term and long-term priorities

- Strong people management skills and proven track record of driving teams to deliver results

- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines and manage 24x7 job requirements

- Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and stakeholder & project management
