Inventory Analyst will be responsible for updating day-to-day Blending, Filling and related transaction in SAP for operations at the plant located in Isambe, Khalapur. Responsible to maintain and update SAP Process Instruction (PI) data. Ensure proper stock accounting and control through accurate and timely updates of the following Raw Material (Base oils and additives usage, Packaging materials usage, Finish Products manufactured, Slop generated etc.) Coordinate with Supply Planner, Production Technician to ensure timely update of Goods Receipts for empties. Carry out reconciliation of packaging materials to ensure material balances and proper accounting of damages and wastage units. Responsible to ensure safe working environment.
What you will do
Maintain and update Stripes Process Instruction (PI) data. Ensure proper stock accounting and control through accurate and timely updates of the following:
Base oils and additives usage.
Packaging materials usage.
Finish Products manufactured.
Slop generated
Coordinate with Component Planner, Production Technician to ensure timely update of Goods Receipts for empties.
Carry out reconciliation of packaging materials to ensure material balances and proper accounting of damages and wastage units.
Maintain and update the stock movements in STRIPES.
Coordinate and perform the 2-point analysis reports for proper accounting of transportation losses (if manual posting is required).
Ensure that all records pertaining to the receipt of raw materials, stock movements (e.g., product transfers) and write on/off are properly documented and maintained.
Follow up with respective supply team member on claims procedure (if there is any manual posting).
Coordinate with PMI, production technicians, warehouse technicians and supply planners on the month end stock counts for raw materials, warehouse inventory and 3rd party location (if required) and consolidate count sheets.
Prepare the blend/fill variation report and follow up with the document flow.
Assist in verifying and investigating oil loss and inventory status of raw materials and products manufactured.
Prepare the monthly slop generation report. Keep track of the slop movement and classification to ensure proper reporting.
Carry out daily reconciliation to ensure correct accounting and recording of stock movements.
Ensure the strapping table, tank master and product master are current and conduct manual testing annually.
Arrange for month end independence verifier to participate in stock count
Perform any other works assigned by the Business Manager.
About You
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in plant or warehouse operations for updating Receipt, Consumption and Dispatch Transaction is system.
Hands-on experience working in SAP.
Hands-on on experience on Inventory reconciliation and investigation of variance.
Hands-on experience working on posting Receipts, Blending and Filling in SAP.
