Role Overview:

Looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management and store operations. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding of mechanical parts, metal raw materials, and electrical components. The role involves managing and supervising all aspects of store inventory including inspection, documentation in ERP, inventory reporting, working closely with Production and Quality, procurement, and improving store layout. Candidates must have experience transitioning inventory data to ERP and ensuring ERP modules run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar
• Technical expertise in mechanical parts, metal raw materials, and electronic components.
• Proficiency in ERP implementation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, and fabrication.
• Must have supervisory experience to manage and coach store executives.
• Cost reduction strategy implementation experience.
• Proven track record in managing stock levels, resolving stock discrepancies, preparing forecast reports, and making critical decisions regarding inventory control.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Must have excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proven ability to work independently.
