Production and Quality Engineer

Role Overview:

Looking for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in machining or CNC/VMC industries. Candidates from sheet metal, assembly, or forging backgrounds are not eligible. The role involves managing production processes, ensuring quality, solving daily technical challenges, and independently implementing lean manufacturing practices such as control plan, SOP, visual tools, quality inspection checksheets, poka yoke etc.

Important:

Candidates with proven problem-solving skills related to mechanical parts fitment and fabricated parts will only be considered. Preference will be given to candidates from instrumentation or electromechanical background.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in production, quality, and lean manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical parts is a must.
• Understanding of all types of metal raw materials.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is a plus.
• Familiarity with MES/ERP.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve engineering challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a workforce in a production facility.
