The MA&TO Supervisor will lead a team that provides end-to-end support for numerous cloud-based applications while also designing, building and sustaining cloud-based tools for Financial Services Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of advisors specializing in modern accounting and technology.
• Lead and oversee the implementation and integration of advanced accounting technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with Process contacts to ensure cohesive financial operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within global processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging accounting technologies and trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the organization s capabilities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of accounting technologies and processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Advise management on risks associated with the implementation and use of accounting technologies.

Skills and Qualification:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; possibly with additional, relevant certification

Experience: 5 years of experience in accounting and technology integration

Skills:

• Understanding of the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in SAP and other technology solutions, including demonstrated experience with BlackLine and possibly SAP Group Reporting or Workiva
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, in a large multi-national company
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency in English
