Purpose of the job
Play a key role in the creation and upkeep of equipment master data in SAP. Primary focus will be on populating the maintenance data such as checklists, task lists and maintenance plans as well as supporting with the creation and data entry for equipment records.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for creating and maintaining all maintenance plans, task lists and checklists within the SAP system
2. Assign maintenance plans, along with their corresponding task lists and checklists, to the appropriate equipment
3. Provide master data support within SAP to locations as required
4. Creation and maintenance of equipment master records in the relevant asset systems
5. Ensure the accuracy of master data populated in the system is maintained
6. Support with the system processing of disposals and equipment creation
7. Where required provide supporting evidence to auditors
8. Manage workload efficiently and provide continuous updates to the business as required
9. Support the upload / transfer of documentation within the asset systems
10. Assist with supporting system enhancements where required
11. Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expros reputation is minimised. Provide leadership in all ethical issues; ensure employees are aware of Expros compliance requirements and feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
12. Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Act on reported deficiencies and approve deviations from standard procedures as appropriate.
13. Ensure that employees adhere to and comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Provide leadership in HSE; encourage employees to take responsibility and be accountable for their own and others safety and provide an environment where they feel authorised to stop any unsafe job. Ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines; ensure that all incidents are investigated and corrective actions raised as required; where appropriate, participates in incident investigations.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP PM & ETM Modules.
Proficient in Microsoft office product (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Individual must possess strong attention to detail and ability to populate large amounts of data accurately
Organized and able to manage workload to meet agreed deadlines
