There was zero benefit from working at Expro, the only thing i learned from 7.5 Years of working there was that i stayed to long when i finally left.

Dislikes

... the I.T box which had monitors that where 20 years old (YES REALLY) to be used. No payrise or bonus in 8 years (despite passing all EDP appraisals with exceeding expectations advised on every one) No progression as it was always cut off when you had proved you had outgrown your role by being told we will review it next year, next year never came. Company is on the downward spiral and is a mess in need of major surgery. Good luck to anyone unlucky enough to be employed there.

Intellectual Property department is worst, only one person handles the whole department, no learning, toxic work in the department, Else expro is good company

Likes

Being MNC, it upholds the culture and standards of its multi-national units. Also unlike other indian companies it’s workforce is unique and talented. All the managers treat the employees equally with good opportunities to showcase their skills

Dislikes

Not too critical of any dislikes to report. Having said that they’ll always be room for improvement. So Expro also has room to improve their standards further

In covid time they didn't think of termination of any person.Health insurance is the only thing i got in benefits include eye and dental

No career growth,no salary increment,not promoting to higher grade,i was working in abu dhabi, not considering for direct emoloyment

Good Company Management lost interest in field team. Discriminate where one of the reasons many where hurt. This is only limited to a specific section of the area but effected all. No official training to new joinee. No innovation.

Dislikes

No work life balance as promised no appraisal. No additional training for skill development.
