Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Content Strategy & Organic Growth Specialist to drive the creation, optimization, and distribution of marketing communications and organic content. This role blends content strategy with SEO-focused organic growth initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting compelling marketing materials and optimizing content for search engines, ensuring a seamless blend of creative storytelling and technical optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Marketing Communications

• Develop high-quality marketing communications materials, including brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials by adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and create tailored messaging for various audiences and campaigns.
• Produce engaging blog articles, case studies, and white papers that resonate with target audiences and support inbound marketing efforts.

2. Organic Growth & SEO Strategy

• Design and execute an organic content strategy aimed at improving search engine visibility and driving organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and create SEO-optimized content.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve on-page SEO performance.
• Regularly audit and update existing content to ensure it meets current SEO best practices and aligns with evolving brand messaging.
• Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.

3. Content Syndication & Distribution

• Repurpose content into different formats (e.g., presentations, infographics, and guides) for distribution across platforms like SlideShare, Medium, LinkedIn, and Quora.
• Leverage organic channels and directories to distribute content and improve brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and third-party platforms to amplify content reach.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, including organic traffic, engagement, and keyword rankings.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve ROI on content initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong content creation and marketing communications skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization and keyword research.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating basic visual content.

Reporting Structure:

• The Content Strategy & Organic Growth Specialist will report to the Head of Marketing.
• Collaboration with content, design, development, and product teams is essential to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
