International Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international calls across various countries, including UK and US.
• Provide excellent verbal communication skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Work on an international BPO process, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address complex issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (international voice process).
• Excellent English language proficiency with clear pronunciation.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• No back-office experience and domestic experience only international voice experience.

Candidates can Walkin from Monday to Friday
