Lead Assistant Manager

• Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Banking, Financial or other industry
• Hiring for Gurgaon and Bangalore location
• Willing to work 5 days from office

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Well-versed with analytic tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience with coding tools like SQL/SAS. Experience with Python is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience with presenting to large groups.
• Ability to work and thrive in collaborative environment as well as independently to drive results.
• Impeccable diligence, while being comfortable with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to influence change across a complex organization.
• Strong data analysis that allows for driving insights from substantial amounts of data and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements based on data insights.
