Job Description
- Capture Desktop Procedures: Document and maintain desktop procedures for all treasury-related processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Perform short-term cash flow forecasting on a daily, weekly, and two-month basis to ensure optimal liquidity management.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP, to analyze and report financial data.
- ERP Experience: Leverage experience with S4 Hana or other ERP systems to manage financial transactions and reporting.
- Bank Portal Interaction: Interact with bank portals for transaction processing, account management, and reconciliation.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively via Teams and emails to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accounting Experience: Apply accounting knowledge in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) to support financial operations.
- Journal Entries: Prepare and submit journal entries in S4 Hana to ensure accurate financial records.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail when working with cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in treasury operations and cash flow forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with S4 Hana or other ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
