Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Provide excellent communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
  
• Work on International Voice Process projects for various clients across different time zones.
  
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment. (Collection process)
  
• Excellent English language proficiency (spoken & written).
  
• Strong understanding of Collections Process, International Voice Process, and International BPO processes.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
