Technical Program Manager to join our team and work closely with the Head of R&D, leading critical projects and ensuring seamless program execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Execution:
  
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for R&D programs in Module, Pack, and BMS domains.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals and deliverables.

• Technical Coordination:
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, ensuring project feasibility and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and senior management, translating technical progress into actionable insights.

• Stakeholder Management:
  
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of components and solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships across departments to promote collaboration and innovation.

• Risk Management:
  
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Continuously monitor project health, proactively addressing issues as they arise.

• Reporting and Documentation:
  
• Prepare and present program updates, performance metrics, and key achievements to the Head of R&D and executive leadership.
• Maintain thorough documentation for program activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably within the battery, automotive, or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of Module, Pack, and BMS R&D processes and their interdependencies.
• Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• PMP or equivalent certification in project management.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of battery safety standards, thermal management, and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
