JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Leading the Program Deliverables and meeting milestones on time.
• Lead Customer Builds and Customer Technical signoff.
• Conduct technical team meetings and review project completion on a timely basis.
• Monthly status report

Key Performance Indicators:

• 100% Customer APQP deliverables to be met
• Timely Delivery as per project milestones.
• 100% quality adherence or nil Launch QR
• Manage Program costs within budget

• Electrical motors.
• Electronics, System Integration (Motor+Hardware+Sotware)
• APQP deliverables knowledge.
• EV motors + controllers' knowledge.
