Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the COO's office, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders, and employees at all levels.
  
• Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and meetings organized by the COO's office.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks assigned by the CEO or other senior executives.
