Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  
• Draft letters, emails, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in tech tools such as calendaring software (e.g., Google Calendar) and email platforms (e.g., Outlook).
  
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
