Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Company Owner. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Owner's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Owner's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential matters, including sensitive employee issues and business transactions
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Owner
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with high-level executives or business owners
- Knowledge of business operations and management principles
- Certification as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional
