Job Description
What the role offers
As an Executive Assistant, you will coordinate various activities at Organizational level working closely with the Site Leader. Coordinate with other departments and Business Units and act as the single point of contact.
- Provide administrative support to all the Hyderabad Engineering leaders
- Provide logistical support for Executive and other visits from other sites of the company
- Provide support in various Organizational and Site-level activities, coordinate with other functions like Facilities and IT for the same
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as with external vendors
- Create Purchase Requisitions, track POs, provide status and track the payments
- Track weekly / monthly timesheets compliance report / follow up
- Coordinate various activities in the companys internship program
- Compile and follow up inputs for site-wide monthly newsletter
What you need to Succeed
- 4-8 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Coordinator or similar roles in a fast-paced organization
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet and be able to exercise tact and diplomacy
- Be able to occasionally work early or late for special projects or events
- Ability to multi-task effectively and balance priorities
- Strong verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise communication
- Fluent in spoken English & Telugu
