Position: ERP Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven ERP Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ERP sales, a strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions, and a passion for driving business growth. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

Drive sales of ERP solutions, particularly Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion.

Identify and target potential customers in industries such as manufacturing, retail, IT/ITES, and more.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their ERP needs and propose tailored solutions.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

Analyse market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP technologies, especially Oracle ERP products.

4. Proposal and Contract Management:

Collaborate with the presales and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.

5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the implementation and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions.

Coordinate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

Bachelor s degree in any field, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

4-5 years of experience in ERP sales, preferably with a focus on Oracle products.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
