Job Description: ERP Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 4-5 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven ERP Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ERP sales, a strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions, and a passion for driving business growth. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive sales of ERP solutions, particularly Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion.
  • Identify and target potential customers in industries such as manufacturing, retail, IT/ITES, and more.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their ERP needs and propose tailored solutions.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP technologies, especially Oracle ERP products.

4. Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Collaborate with the presales and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the implementation and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree in any field, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in ERP sales, preferably with a focus on Oracle products.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
